Over the last three decades she has led expeditions, retreats and programs around the globe and within the UAE focusing on nature, wellness, resilience , health and personal development. Julie holds a degree in Sports Science along certifications in stress management, NLP, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, well-being, resilience, mental fitness and signature strengths. She is the author of “Moving Mountains” and, soon to be released E-Book, “ Spirit of Water “. Born on World Health day, Julie is on a mission to inspire and encourage as many people as possible to take charge of their health, spend more time in nature and unlock their highest potential.
