Here’s what you experience

3 days / 2 nights to relax, recharge and rewild by the water’s edge. This program will offer a series of experiences to free your mind, energize your body, nurture your spirit of adventure, heighten your self-awareness and tap into your creative self!

$175  ( Dhs 650 ) includes VAT  per person retreat fee payable in advance to secure your place, this fee includes two self-awareness assessments ( Strengths & Mental fitness ) and all the program activities  in the schedule led by Julie, Anna, Vera and Taggy.


2020 was a tough year and 2021 continues to hold its own challenges. This is a unique  and timely opportunity  to pause, take stock, reconnect to nature, heighten your self-awareness  and learn a series of tools you can continue to practice wherever you are to help boost your overall  well-being and enjoy a hyper-dose of Vitamin SEA


All experiences will comply with current health & distancing requirements
Masks  must be worn to enter the site and even though there are ample sanitizers please bring your own small hand sanitizer.

Cancellation Policy

Prepaid retreat fees are refundable minus $50 processing fee. We are unable to provide refunds for any cancellations after the 25th March.
In the unlikely event that  we cancel the program you will receive a full refund.


  • Accommodation is at your own choice and cost to give you maximum flexibility.

  • Check out the website to view the various tent options available
  • We highly recommend the Wave tents located on the beach ( special rate for retreat participants of 315 including VAT per tent on single or twin status )
  • Meals at own cost and own choice. There is a restaurant on site serving a great selection of food and drinks, a small shop on site and the ability to walk to local café’s if you wish.
  • Watersports – Single Kayak 70 Dhs , Double Kayak 90, SUP 80 Dhs


Super casual! Beachwear, swimwear, swim goggles, hat,sunglasses, toiletries, something warm for the mornings & evenings. Workout gear , water feeder, journal, headlamp, beach towel , yoga mat if you have one.
You can bring your own sleeping bag, pillow and air mattress or camping mat.

Or chose a tent that has regular beds inside ( Wave & Chalet  Tents )
Tents with regular beds include all bedding and towels.


This is a no technology program ! No power-points !  Instead, we will enjoy  interactive conversation , experiential and creative  elements with plenty of  time to  relax and reflect by the waters edge.  Please bring a journal/notepad along with  a pen & highlighter. 

Meet Julie Lewis

Julie Lewis is ‘ human sunshine ‘. Over the last three decades she has led expeditions, retreats and programs  around the globe and within the UAE  focusing on nature, wellness, resilience , health and personal development. Julie holds a degree in Sports Science along certifications  in stress management, NLP, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, well-being, resilience, mental fitness  and signature strengths. She is the author of “Moving Mountains” and, soon to be released E-Book,  “ Spirit of Water “.  Born on World Health day, Julie is on a mission to inspire and encourage as many people as possible to take charge of their health, spend more time in nature and unlock their highest potential.
